穴位敷贴辅助改良纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂40例

Forty Cases of Chronic Anal Fissure Treated with Acupoint Application in Combination with Improved Longitudinal Incision Transverse Suture Operation

目的:观察穴位敷贴辅助改良纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性肛裂患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予改良纵切横缝术治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予穴位敷贴辅助治疗。结果:两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后肛管直径明显大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组伤口愈合时间、肛门功能评分和并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴辅助改良纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂临床疗效显著,术后并发症少。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application in combination with improved longitudinal inci- sion transverse suture operation on chronic anal fissure. Methods： Eighty patients with chronic anal fissure were randomly divided into the research group and the control group, with 40 eases in each group. The ones in the control group were given improved longitudinal incision transverse suture operation, while the ones in the research group were added acupoint application as auxiliary treatment on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： The difference in both groups＇ clinical curative effects had no sta- tistieal significance （P 〉 0.05）. After the treatment, anal tube diameter of the research group was obviously larger than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The wound healing time, anal function score and the occurrence rate of the complications of the re- search group were obviously lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupoint application as the auxiliary therapy of improved longitudinal incision transverse suture operation has good clinical curative effect on chronic anal fissure with fewer complications after the operation.
