耳穴贴压法联合改良愈疡汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎44例

Forty-Four Cases of Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Ear Pressing Method in Combination with Improved Decoction for Healing Ulcer for Enema

目的:观察耳穴帖压法联合改良愈疡汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将84例患者随机分为治疗组44例和对照组40例,对照组口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服改良愈疡汤灌肠联合耳穴贴压。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,其疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:刺激耳穴可以调理阴阳气血,以达到平衡,从而使机体自然产生抗病能力,耳穴贴压还可有效延长灌肠后的保留时间,促进要药液吸收。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of ear pressing method in combination with Improved Decoction for Healing Ulcer （IDHU） for enema on ulcerative colitis. Methods： Eighty-four with patients ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 44 and 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given mesalaziue for oral administration, while the ones in the treatment group were added IDHU for enema in combination with ear pressing method on the basic treatment of the control group. Results ： The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Ear pressing method has good effect on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis. Conclusion ： Stimalating ear points can regulate yin-yang and qi-blood to reach balance and make body produce natural disease-resisting ability. Ear pressing method can also effectively prolong the remaining time ＇after enema, and promote medical fluid absorbed easily.
