中药坐浴配合针灸治疗复杂性尿路感染98例

Ninety-Eight Cases of Complicated Urinary Tract Infection Treated with TCM Hip Bath in Combination with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:观察中药坐浴配合针灸治疗复杂性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:将194例复杂性尿路感染患者随机分为对照组96例和观察组98例,对照组根据尿培养及药敏试验结果选用敏感抗生素常规抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用中药坐浴配合针灸治疗。结果:对照组有效率为77.1%,观察组有效率为84.7%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药坐浴配合针灸治疗复杂性尿路感染疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM hip bath in combination with acupuncture and moxibustion on complicated urinary tract infection. Methods： One hundred and ninety-four patients with complicated urinary tract infection were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 96 and 98 cases in each group respectively. The ones in the control group were given routine anti-infection sensitive antibiotics according to the urine culture and drug susceptibility resuits, while the ones in the observation group were added TCM hip bath in combination with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basic treatment of the control group. Results ： The effective rate of the control group was 77.1%, while that of the observation group was 84.7% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： TCM hip bath in com- bination with acupuncture and moxibustion has remarkable clinical curative effect on complicated urinary tract infection.
