压痛点及穴位注射治疗胃下垂181例

One Hundred and Eighty-One Cases of Gastroptosis Treated with Pressing Pain Spots in Combination with Point Injection

目的:观察压痛点及穴位注射治疗胃下垂的临床疗效。方法:将181例胃下垂患者分为轻、中、重三组,取臀部压痛点采用穴位注射法治疗。结果:轻度组有效率为100%;中度组有效率为99.1%;重度组有效率为82.35%。轻、中度组有效率与重度组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用压痛点和穴位注射治疗胃下垂,病情越轻,病程越短,治疗效果越明显。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of pressing pain spots in comhination with point injection on gastroptosis. Methods： One hundred and eighty-one patients with gastroptosis were divided into the slight group, the moderate group and the serious group. All the ones were given point injection into the pressing pain spots of the hip. Results ： The effective rates of the slight group, the moderate group and the serious group were 100% , 99.1% and 82.35% respectively. The differences between the slight group, the moderate group and the serious group had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Pressing pain spots in combination with point injection has good clinical curative effect on gastroptosis; The more slight, the shorter treatment course, the better effect.
