摘要
针对高Ti微合金化钢板冲击性能不合的问题,研究了该钢种的相变温度、CCT曲线、再结晶规律,并在此基础上开展了中试轧制试验,通过降低加热温度的方法,提高了Ti的析出比例,使钢板-20℃冲击功得到较好的改善。
In view of the impact property unqualified problem of high Ti content plate, the phase transition temperature of the steel, CCT curve and recrystallization rules were analyzed. Based on these, a trial rolling test was carried out. By reducing the heating temperature, the proportion of Ti precipitation was increased, and the impact toughness of plate at -20 ℃ was get better.
