冷轧连续机组活套设备的改进

Improvement on loop equipment of continuous cold rolling line

针对冷轧连续机组中水平活套存在的带钢张力波动较大、带钢易跑偏、活套门摆臂易受损等问题,改进了活套充套和放套的驱动方式,以及活套的设备结构,由此提高了带钢运行的平稳性,对带钢跑偏的改善效果也很明显。

Aimed at the loop problems of strip tension fluctuation, strip off-center and swing arm damage, the driven way of loop car was improved, the loop structure was changed. Thus the stability of strip in loop was raised, and the accident of strip offcenter was reduced.
