摘要
针对秦皇岛首秦金属材料有限公司粗轧机牌坊上的机架辊定位槽两侧面磨损、腐蚀较严重的问题,采用激光熔覆在线修复技术对机架辊定位槽进行了修复,修复后涂层表面基本无腐蚀磨损现象,年磨损量约0.1mm,完全满足使用要求。
To sovle the flank wear and serious corrosion on the breast roll locating solt of roughing mill housing in Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Materials Co. , Ltd. , the laser cladding technique for online repairing was carried out. After this repairation, the corrosion and wear phenomenon on coating surface were avoided, the abrasion loss was only 0. 1 mm annually, which can meet the operating requirement.
