摘要 对蜂窝状粉煤灰基催化剂成型进行了研究,考查了不同水粉比、粘结剂品种及含量、润滑剂等助剂对蜂窝状粉煤灰基催化剂成型效果的影响,筛选出较合适的水粉比为1∶0.65,粘结剂为羟乙基纤维素且含量2.5%,聚氧化乙烯含量为1%,并对蜂窝状催化剂的干燥过程进行优化,采用高效的微波干燥工艺,制备出性价比高的蜂窝状SCR脱硝催化剂。 Fly-based catalysts for honeycomb molding studied, the effects of different ratio gouache, adhesives and binder content, lubricants and other additives for forming a honeycomb effect of fly ash-based catalysts, more suitable materials selected powder ratio of 1 : 0.65, the binder is hydroxyethyl cellulose and the content of 2.5%, polyethylene oxide content of 1%, and the drying process to optimize the honeycomb catalyst, made efficient microwave drying process.
