摘要
针对电动齿轮燃油泵供油量控制问题,根据工程需求,按照拟合—筛选—优化的建模思路构建了电动齿轮燃油泵流量特性模型。基于模型并结合数字式PID控制规律构建了燃油量控制系统,通过实验验证了所构建的控制系统能够实现对供油量的闭环控制。
Facing the issue of how to control fuel supply of etectromotion fuel gear pump and the engineering requirement, the modeling line of regression-selection-optimization to build electromotion gear fuel pump flow characteristic model was presented. Then its control system was established based on electromotion gear fuel pump flow characteristic model. Digital PID control law was used in control system. Test results show that control system can be effective to fulfill fuel flow closed-loop control.
