摘要
为了确保石油化工装置长期的正常运行及操作人员人身安全和管理效率,电视监视系统作为重要的辅助生产系统得到了越来越多的重视和应用。通过前端现场摄像机的设置和后台显示存储系统的应用,不仅可以在恶劣的环境条件下向操作员提供实时的现场数据,而且还可以与化工装置的其他系统(例如火灾报警系统、门禁系统等)进行联动控制,从而为操作人员及时排除报警提供依据。结合典型的工程实践,阐述电视监视系统设计过程中对于系统网络构成、传输方式及摄像机选型、设置等方面应当注意的问题及建议。
To ensure long term normal operation of petrochemical installation, operator's safety and management efficiency, CCTV system has been widely applied and valued as one of most important auxiliary production systems. Through setting of living camera in front end and application of display and storage system in back end, not only real-time field data can be provided to operators under severe environment, but also the system can be interlocked to eliminate alarm timely with other systems to provide basis to operators in petrochemical installation, e.g. fire alarm system and access control system combining with typical engineering practice, problems and suggestions on CCTV System structure, transmission mode, camera selection and installation during CCTV system design process are expounded.
