摘要
针对球磨机系统具有多变量、强耦合、大惯性、大滞后、多扰动的特点。设计了一种适用于球磨机系统的前馈解耦内模控制器,以完成各控制回路之间的解耦;再对解耦后的各控制回路应用阶梯式广义预测控制,即可得到改进的球磨机系统广义预测解耦控制器。仿真实验和实际运行效果均表明引入内模结构提高了系统的鲁棒稳定性和抑制扰动能力,采用此控制器可以改善球磨机系统的控制品质。
Aiming at characteristics of multi-variable, strong-coupling, large-inertial, largedelay and multi-disturbance for ball mill system, a new feedforward decoupling internal model controller suitable for bail mill system is designed to accomplish deeoupling among various control loops. An improved decoupling generalized predictive controller of ball mill system is obtained by applying stepped generalized prediction to control each decoupled control loop. The simulation test and practical operating results show system's robust stability and capability to inhibit interferences are improved by implanting internal model structure. Control quality of ball mill system is improved by using this proposed controller.
