摘要 针对当前风储一体化系统中储能容量优化配比研究多侧重于优化配置原理分析和缺少具体实现方法的问题,依据团队有关储能容量优化配比的科研成果—"基于时序仿真原理和GA算法的风储一体化电站储能容量优化配比研究",开发了基于VC++平台的风储一体化系统储能容量优化配比软件。首先,根据储能优化配比原理和MFC功能特征,开发了储能容量优化配比软件中典型负荷数据查找功能模块;其次,基于储能用于"削峰填谷"的合理预期,使用GA算法并结合MFC中对话框互调功能,开发了储能容量优化配比功能模块;最后,开发了具有动态实时显示功能的储能容量优化配比检验结果模块。以新疆某风电场和区域电网的实际运行数据对所述的储能容量优化配比软件进行测试,结果表明本储能容量优化配比软件配置的储能不仅可消除风电大波动和反调峰给电力系统带来的风险,还可兼顾储能系统的投资最优,同时还可以人机互动的方式查看具体时刻储能工作状态,对于丰富和完善储能容量优化配比研究具有重要意义。 The study of storage energy capacity matching optimal at current mainly focuses on the principle and is lack of practical realization way. The authors, based on the former researches, develop an optimal matching software for wind farm and energy storage integration system based on VC++ platform. Firstly, the typical load data searching module is developed according to the energy storage optimal matching principle and MFC functions. Secondly,the functional module of energy storage capacity optimal matching is developed based on the reasonable expectation of load peak and valley and using GA algorithm and combination with the dialogue function in MFC. Finally, the detection result module for energy storage capacity optimal matching is developed, which is of real time display function. The developed software is used to be tested in a wind farm in Xingjiang and to be compared to the practical operation data in local electrical network. The results show that, based on the energy storage allocation presented in this paper according to this software, it can not only eliminate high fluctuation from wind electricity, but also reduce the risk to the electric network from back peak adjustment. It also has the optimal investment to energy storage system and the advantage of knowing the energy storage situation at any time. It has important reference to improve the energy storage capacity optimal matching.
