高职院校资助育人存在的问题及对策研究

高等职业教育承担着培养高级专门技术型人才的重任。其中,贫困生是一个特殊的群体。做好高职院校贫困生资助工作对于实现我国教育公平有着重要的意义。但是当前高职院校贫困生资助工作存在着一些主要的问题。一是贫困生认定程序不严谨,二是资助内容不协调、未能发挥勤工助学的作用,三是资助中未能突出"育人"理念,四是未能及时关注贫困生心理问题。要提高贫困生资助工作的效果,必须健全贫困生认定机制,加强对资助工作的管理,整合资助体系内容,提高勤工助学的方式,坚持"资助"与"育人"相统一,做好贫困生心理辅导工作。

The higher vocational education plays an important role in cultivating high -level specialized technical experts.poor student is a special group.Higher vocational colleges poor students funded work for the realization of fair education in China is of great significance.But there are some main problems of the current funded work for poor students in the vocational college. Firstly,poor students identification procedures are not strict.Secondly,lacking coordination in funding content,and the work -study fails to play its part.Thirdly,funding fails to highlight the concept of ＂education＂.Fourthly,fails to pay attention to psychological problems of poor students.In order to improve the effect of the funding work of the poor students,we must perfec-ting the system of identification for poor students,strengthening the management of funding work,integrating financial aid sys-tem,improving the work -study mode,combining ＂aid＂and ＂education＂,doing the poor students＇psychological counseling work.
