高校辅导员的工作在现代社会日趋重要,他们是帮助学生认识自我、重塑自我的重要人生导师,在进行教育工作的开展中还应该做好学生的思政教育工作,为学生点亮前方引路的灯塔,本文将对高校辅导员思政教育人性化管理工作进行简要的分析。
