摘要 教育为本,德育为先,德育工作在高职大学生培养过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,通过连续4年对高职德育课授课教学模式不间断的探索与研究,提出了"实践先导、‘五化’跟进、行动检验"高职德育授课教学模式,对德育课系列专题教育课前准备、课堂设计与组织、课后教学效果检验做了大胆改革与创新,旨在探索一种实效性强、便于理解、便于记忆、便于操作、学生乐于参与、效果公认的德育课授课模式。 It is said that education is the foundation and moral education is the first.The moral education play a crucial effect in the process of training high vocational college students.Through four years of constant exploration and research of moral teach-ing teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,put forward the "practice guiding,'five transformations 'following,action inspec-ting "higher vocational moral education class teaching model.It made a bold reform and innovation about preparation before class,the design and the organization in the classroom、the test about teaching effect after class.The purpose is to explore a moral education teaching model which effectiveness is strong,easy to understand,easy to remember,easy to operation,students are willing to participate in,effect is recognized.
