摘要
农村法律服务的完善与否,关系到农村地区矛盾纠纷的解决以及农村社会的繁荣与稳定。现阶段,我国农村法律服务本身存在着一些问题,如农村法律服务机构管理混乱、法律普及不到位、缺乏专业的法律服务人才等,所以我们必须采取一些措施如构建公益型法律服务体系、加强法制宣传教育、设立更多的法律诊所,来完善农村地区法律服务活动。
The rural legal service is perfect or not relates to the rural areas to solve contradiction dispute as well as the prosperity and stability of rural society.At present,but there are some problems of the rural legal service itself,such as rural legal services management chaos and the law popularization is not in place,there is the lack of professional legal service personnel etc.,so we must take some measures such as construction of public welfare legal service system and strengthen the propaganda and education of legal system,in the meantime,we should set up more legal clinic to perfect legal service activities in rural areas.
