我国婚姻立法保障离婚自由,但是不能过分自由,由此婚姻法对离婚自由进行了限制,但是这样的限制日益显示诸多缺陷,对家庭和社会带来了恶劣的影响。离婚自由的限制需要进一步的改进,这对于完善我国的《婚姻法》规定和解决当前社会的婚姻问题以及促进社会的稳定和谐具有重要的意义。

In our country,marriage legislation guarantees citizens＇freedom of divorce,which is restricted.So the marriage law sets some restrictions to the freedom of divorce.However,these restrictions show the increasing defects and bring bad influence to the family and society as the time goes on.The restrictions of the freedom of divorce need further development.This can per-fect provisions of our country＇s marriage law.Besides it can solve the current marriage problem and boost social harmony and stability.
