高校管理类教学模式对于高校人才的培养,具有非常重要而深远的意义。高效率的课程教学模式是实现人才培养的核心内容,高校在教学的过程中要努力开拓人才培养的重要途径,同时要有更加广泛的国际化的视角来学习和借鉴有效的教学模式,从而形成适合高校发展的人才培养教学方法,提高高效管理类课程的教学质量。本文从国际化的视角对高校管理类课程的教学模式进行一番论述。

Management of colleges and universities teaching mode has a very important and far -reaching significance to the cultivation of talents.Efficient teaching mode is the realization of the core content of personnel training.colleges and universi-ties in the teaching process should develop the important way to cultivate talents.but also with a broader international perspec-tive to learn effective teaching model,thus forming personnel training for university development of teaching methods to improve teaching quality and efficient management class curriculum.The paper discusses university management class teaching mode from the international perspective.
