按照区域经济发展要求改革高职商务英语专业人才培养模式——以广东行政职业学院为例

调查发现,高职商务人才培养模式与企业对人才的价值需求取向脱节。要实现两者无缝对接,提高学生的就业力,必须按照区域经济发展要求,从培养目标、教学体系和学习方式三方面进行改革。人才培养目标必须根据专业的功能,学校的办学层次和区域的社会需求来制定;教学体系要按照区域经济的特点进行调整,在课程设置、教材建设和教学方式中加入区域元素;学生要按照企业对人才的技能要求,转变学习方式,实行"课堂任务型合作学习"、"课外任务型支持性学习"和"校外任务型实训学习"三结合。

According to the survey,it is found that mode of talents training in higher vocational business can＇t meet the talent demand of enterprise value orientation.To achieve their seamless docking and improve the students＇employment ability,we must be in accordance with the requirements of the development of regional economy from three aspects including training objec-tives,teaching system and mode of learning.
