摘要
《我弥留之际》是美国著名作家威廉·福克纳的重要作品之一。小说以其独特的创作技巧和深刻的主题而备受关注。然而对于作品的所采用的陌生化的写作技巧和主题尚未得到充分的研究。笔者运用俄苏形式主义理论细读文本,对《我弥留之际》中叙事技巧和展现主题进行了研究。通过对于福克纳所采用的表现结构和主题进行研究,笔者得出结论,《我弥留之际》这部作品使用陌生化的创作方式,突破了传统小说的创作模式,在故事内容和读者之间设置障碍,延长了读者的审美感知,并给读者留下了深刻的印象,从而实现了陌生化的艺术效果,展现了人类对于真理的渴求以及生命意义的理解。
As I Lay Dying is one of the well -known American writers,William Faulkner’s works.The novel obtained great attention for its unique creative skills and profound theme.However,the research about the writing techniques and theme from the perspective of the defamiliarization has yet not been fully discussed.The present author makes a detailed research about the narrative techniques and theme through analyzing the text,applying the Russian Formalism.With carful study,it can be con-cluded that As I Lay Dying breaks the traditional writing method and put obstacles between the author and readers,prolonging readers’aesthetic perception and impresses them deeply.Therefore,it successfully realizes the art effect of defamiliarization, revealing human’s pursuit to truth and the comprehension about the meaning of life.
