摘要
SD成型剂是一种新的硬质合金生产用的成型剂。研究了SD成型剂在混合原料制备、普通的模压成型、烧结的生产工艺,并和橡胶工艺进行了对比。试验表明:SD成型剂在原料制备、烧结性能方面和橡胶工艺比较接近,压制性能比橡胶差。
SD is a new pressing binder for cementedcarbide.This study researched the technology in mixing, pressing, sintering, and compared with the rubber pressing binder. Tile experiments show that SD pressing binder have good mixing,sintering properties closed to the rubber, but poor in the pressing property.
