可还原氧含量对WC-0.5%TaC-10.5%Co性能及微观组织影响

Effect of Reducible Oxygen Contents on Properties and Microstructure of WC-0.5%TaC-10.5%Co Cemented Carbide

摘要 将WC-0.5%TaC-10.5%Co的原料压制成样块,并将样块进行增氧处理,然后将样块放在一体化ZYL-ZA500真空脱蜡真空烧结炉中烧结。通过对烧结合金进行分析检测,比较发现:当压坯中还原氧含量低于0.31%时,对硬质合金的金相组织、硬度没有影响;而对于样块的钴磁则随着压坯中可还原氧含量的降低,磁力则随着氧含量的增加而增加。 The raw material of WC-0.5%TaC-10.5 % Co were pressed into green blanks, and increased oxygen contents in the blanks.Then,the blanks were put into ZYL-ZA500 vacuum sintering furnace and sintered. After sintering, the sintered blanks were determined and the results were analyzed. It is found that when the content of the reducible oxygen below 0.31%,it mad no effect on the metallurgical structure and hardness of the blanks; the Cobalt magnetic decreased with increase of reducible oxygen; the Magnetic increased with the increase of reducible oxygen.
