摘要
分析了常规石墨管碳化炉红外测温存在的问题及成因,提供了一种新的测温光学通道结构,较好地解决了常规石墨管炉测温控温不准确的问题。
The disadvantages and the origin of those disadvantages of the infrared pyrometer usually adopted in the conventional Graphite-tube Carburization Furnace are presented in the article. A novel construction of optical pyrometer is invented to provide an effective solution to guarantee the accuracy of temperature measuring and temperature controlling.
