居延海地区野生黑枸杞资源保护与生态防治

Ecological Control and Conservation of Wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr Resources in Juyanhai Area

提出由于野生植物黑枸杞等资源的高营养、高利润,驱使居民疯狂采挖,致使草原天然多样野生植物资源及其保护受到了威胁,土地荒漠化逐年加重的现状,探讨如何保护野生植物资源,维护生态平衡,健全法律法规,加强野生植物资源种植、开发及其保护,实现人口—资源—环境—社会的和谐发展。

The paper proposed the current situations, namely that grassland natural resources and their protections had been threatened, and the land desertification had been increasing year by year,dued to residents mined like crazy driven by high nutritions and high profits of wild Lycium ruthenicum Muir resources.Mean while,it discussed how to protect wild plant resources, to maintain ecological balance ,to improve all the laws and regulations ,to strengthen the cultivation ,exploitation and protection of wild plant resources ,to achieve the harmonious development of population, resources, environment and society.
