摘要
考虑到自升式结构物站立状态下可能发生倾覆,对风车安装船在自存和作业设计工况下的抗倾覆稳定性进行校核。应用Genie软件建立整船结构模型和完成重量分布,通过Wajac软件计算风浪流载荷的倾覆力矩,以及手算完成稳定性力矩,并考虑动态放大效应与P-delta效应,与安全系数对比完成该风车安装船抗倾覆稳定性的评估,基于评估结果分析自升式结构物抗倾覆稳定性的影响因素和设计方面的考虑。
Considering the probability of overturning for Jack-ups in elevated conditions, the overturning stability is assessed for the jack-up wind turbine installation vessel. The global FE model and weight distribution are performed by Genie and the overturning moment by wind, wave and current is calculated by Wajac. The stabilizing moment is derived by hand calculation. The dynamic amplification and P-delta effects are considered. The overturning stability assessment is completed by comparing safety factor with the requirement and relevant factors of overturning stability and effects to the Jack ups design are analyzed based on assessment results.
