摘要
为分析核动力设备阀架的抗冲击强度并验证ASMEⅢ规范用于抗冲击强度校核的可行性,以柴油发电机组的阀架抗冲击强度校核为例,采用ABAQUS软件进行抗冲击时程计算,对阀架的应力响应采用ASMEⅢNF的力学评定要求进行校核,并根据GJB 1060.1-91对校核结构进行对比验证。结果表明:两种校核工况下,阀架的抗冲击强度满足要求,且按ASMEⅢ计算的冲击失效系数更小,能够充分发挥材料和结构的性能,提高抗冲击设计的经济性。
To analysis shock resistance strength of nuclear equipment mounting and verify the feasibility of ASMEⅢ to shock resistance strength evaluation, ABAQUS is used to make shock resistance time domain calculation by taking the diesel generator set's mounting as an example. Evaluate stress intensity of the mounting with ASME Ⅲ NF, and then verify the result with GJB 1060.1-91. The numerical results show that the mounting's shock resistance strength is safe for two evaluation cases; the shock failure factor calculated by ASME Ⅲ is smaller; the performance of material and structure can be improved by ASME m so as the economy of shock resistance design.
