摘要
气井在进入低产气量、弱携液能力的生产中后期时,压力和产量下降很快,导致部分气井出现积液问题,苏里格气田采取了多种排水采气措施以恢复这些气井的生产。由于气举复产需使用大型的高压制气设备,所以其作业过程往往风险大、投资高。降油压套气排水采气工艺是一种气举复产的新思路,通过降低气井井口压力以排出积液、提高产量,达到使气井"复活"的目的。通过详细论述工艺原理,并与气举复产进行工艺比较;同时研究、分析气井的生产规律和排液过程,设计了降油压套气排水采气的工艺流程。最终经分析、论证,认为该工艺较气举有投资低、风险小、见效快的优势,在苏里格气田的工艺特点和条件下可行。
The pressure and fluid carrying capacity of a gas well drops sharply after its initial production stage. It brings about that some of the gas wells run with low efficiency and the production reduces quickly, and the wellbore fluid of the gas well could not carry out by itself. Technicians of the Sulige gas field carries out various drainage gas recovery in order to recover those wells, such as foaming drainage, coiled tubing, which all take good results. Regular way to resume production for those heavy wellbore fluid wells was gas lift, to which requires huge equipment, it causes strong hazard for people to operate with and high investment. Lower tubing pressure casing gas drainage is a new way of gas lift, it reduce wellhead pressure by compression pump technique in order to "revive" the gas well. It expounds technical principle by analyses unloading rule of a typical gas well. It also designed the technologic flow of the lower tubing pressure casing gas drainage. This new technique has the superiority that lower investment and lower risk compared with other gas lift techniques, so it is feasible in particular condition of the Sulige gas field.
