聚合物驱用油井产出水水质指标体系研究

摘要 系统分析了油井产出污水中钾、钠、钙、镁、总矿化度、溶解氧、微生物及其它活性物质对聚合物体系粘度和热稳定性的影响,建立了常规油藏条件下配制聚合物体系用污水水质指标体系,完善了污水深度处理工艺,现场应用后各项指标达到了设计要求。 The effect of viscosity and thermal stability of polymer system by the potassium, the sodium, the calcium, the magnesium, total mineralization, dissolved Oxygen, microorganism and other active material in the sewage derived from oil production, have been analyzed systematically. It has established the sewage water quality index system to compound the polymer flooding system under the condition of conventional reservoir, and has improved the sewage water deep treatment processing technology. Finally we cheerfully see that each index has reached the design requirements after field application.
