秦艽醇提物治疗类风湿关节炎的实验研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:观察大叶秦艽醇提取物对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的防治作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将SPF级SD大鼠80只随机分为正常组、模型组、白芍组及秦艽组,每组20只。除正常组外,其余各组用胶原乳液多点皮内注射建立关节炎模型;秦艽组以秦艽乙醇提物1.8 m L(kg/d)灌胃;白芍组以白芍总苷胶囊内容物混悬液2 m L(kg/d)灌胃;正常组和模型组予等量蒸馏水灌胃。实验第24天、31天观察各组大鼠一般情况及关节X线片变化情况。结果:模型组大鼠踝关节及足趾关节明显肿胀、变形,秦艽组及白芍组与模型组比较关节肿胀程度明显减轻,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:秦艽提取物能在早期改善胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的一般情况,减轻关节肿胀程度,改善滑膜炎症状,保护关节,体现治疗早期RA的优势。 Objective: To observe preventive and therapeutic effects of DaYe QinJiao (Gentiana macrophylla Pall.) alcoholic extract on rats suffering from collagen-induced arthritis, and explore its mechanism. Methods: Eighty SPF SD rats were randomized into the normal group, the model group, BaiShoo(White Paeony Root) group and QinJiao group, 20 rats each group. Except the normal group, rats of the other groups were prepared by multiple intradermal injections of collagen emulsion; QinJiao group accepted QinJiao alcohol extracts lavage in the concentration of 1,8 mL (kg/d); BaiShao group total glucosides of peony suspension in the concentration of 2 mL (kg/d); the normal group and the model group the same amounts of distilled water lavage. Common conditions and the changes of joint X-ray of the rats in all the groups were observed at the 24th days and 31st days. Results: The ankle and toe of the rats in the model group became swollen and deformed; the swollen degrees of joints were obviously alleviated when QinJiao group and BaiShao group were compared with the model group, the difference had statistical meaning (P〈0.05). Conclusion: QinJiao alcoholic extract could improve common conditions of the rats with collagen-induced arthritis early, relieve swollen degrees of the joints, improve the symptom of synovitis and protect the joint, which reflects the advantages of early treatment of RA.
