青藏高原不同种红景天中没食子酸含量的定量分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对青藏高原不同种红景天中没食子酸进行分析,建立定量分析方法,为其进一步利用提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法测定没食子酸的含量,以30%乙醇提取样品;Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm);甲醇-0.04%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相;检测波长274 nm。结果:线性范围为1.0μg/m L^200.0μg/m L(R=0.9999),平均回收率为100.49%,RSD为1.8%。结论:该方法简便,准确,重复性、回收率好,可用于青藏高原不同种红景天中没食子酸含量的测定。 Objective: To provide reference for further utilization of gallic acid by analyzing gallic acid in different species ofHongJingTian (Rhodiola rosea L.) in Qinghai-Tibet plateau and establishing the method of quantitative analysis. Methods: The contents of gallic acid were determined by HPLC, the samples were extracted with 30% ethanol; Shim-pack VP-ODS chromatographic column (250 mm~ 4.6 ram); acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid (10: 90) as the mobile phase; detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results: Linear range was between 1.0 txg/mL and 200.0 μg/mL (R= 0.9999), average recovery rates were 100.49%, RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion: The method, which is simple, accurate, reproducible and good recovery rate, could be used for content determination of gallic acid in different species of HongJingTian in Qinghai-Tibet plateau.
