三级综合医院标准下我院药品周转率管理的初步研究

Preliminary Study of Medicinal Turnover Management in Our Hospital under the Standards of Tertiary General Hospital

目的:探讨《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》(以下简称《三级医院标准》)关于药品质量管理和周转率的管理模式,提高医院药品质量管理水平。方法:介绍河南科技大学附属三门峡市中心医院关于药品质量与安全管理的具体监督和管理方法,根据《三级医院标准》修订和制定药品质量相关制度,制定药品质量相关质控指标(药品抽检合格率≥99.8%,85%药品周转率10-15天),对质控指标每月进行动态监测分析,并总结分析1年的监测效果。结果:我院药品抽检合格率由2012年6月的96.8%提高到2013年5月的100%,85%药品周转率由2012年6月的17.5天提高到2013年5月的10.9天。结论:我院采用的药品质量监控方法得当,效果明显,符合《三级医院标准》的要求。

Objective： To explore the mode of medicinal quality management and turnover rate in＂the Rules for the Implementation of Tertiary General Hospital Accreditation Standards＂（hereinafter referred to as ＂tertiary hospital standards＂）, improve medicinal quality management level of the hospital. Methods： Management method and specific supervision of medicinal quality and safety in Sanmenxia Central Hospital Affiliated to Henan University of Science and Technology were introduced, according to tertiary hospital standards, medicinal quality related system was revised and formulated, quality control indexes related to medicinal quality were made （medicinal sampling pass rate ~〉99.8%, 85% medicinal turnover rate： 10 to 15 days）, dynamic monitoring the indexes was carried out each month, the monitoring effects within one year were concluded and analyzed. Results： Medicinal sampling pass rate of our hospital was 96.8% in June, 2012, it was increased to 100% in May, 2013, 85% medicinal turnover rate was 17.5 days in June, 2012, improved to 10.9 days in May, 2013. Conclusion： Medicinal quality supervision method adopted by our hospital is proper with sound effects, which meets the requirements of tertiary hospital standards.
