某中医院429名肿瘤住院患者构成分析

Constitution Analysis of 429 Inpatients Suffering from Tumor in a TCM Hospital

目的：通过对某中医院肿瘤住院患者的构成分析,了解中医药对肿瘤防治的作用。方法：调取2010年1月至12月某三甲中医院所有肿瘤住院患者的病历资料,建立数据库进行统计分析。结果：该院肿瘤住院患者年龄集中在40~60岁;肿瘤住院患者职业以农林牧渔业工作者最多;全院恶性肿瘤病种构成前3位的依次为胃癌、结直肠恶性肿瘤和肺癌;恶性肿瘤病种构成前5位的预后以治愈和好转为主。结论：中医药在肿瘤防治以及预后中发挥了积极作用。

Objective： To survey the role of traditional Chinese medicine played in the treatment and prevention of cancer by analyzing the constitution of the inpatients with tumor in a TCM hospital. Methods： Medical records of all tumor inpatients in a tertiary TCM hospital were collected from January to December, 2010, to establish a database for statistical analysis. Results： The patients were aged between 40 and 60 years old; the occupations of most of the tumor inpatients were about agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery; the top three disease of malignant tumors were gastric cancer, malignant colorectal cancer and lung cancer; the prognosis of the top five malignant tumors were mainly recovery and improvement. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine plays a positive role in the prevention and prognosis of tumor.
