自拟八味牙仙丹加味治疗牙痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Selfmade Modified BaWeiYaXianDan in Treating Toothache

目的：探讨自拟八味牙仙丹加味治疗牙痛的临床疗效。方法：随机选取门诊牙痛患者93例（治疗组）,根据牙痛部位予以自拟八味牙仙丹加味治疗。另选50例同期就诊的牙痛患者50例（对照组）常规治疗,对比2组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组患者连续用药6~9剂后,91例患者痊愈率97.9%,总有效率100%,疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者用药后平均止痛起效时间为（1.79±0.61）h,平均有效止痛时长为（19.04±1.22）h,起效时间短于对照组、有效止痛时间长于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：根据牙痛部位的不同以自拟八味牙仙丹加味治疗,可快速起效及长时间有效止痛,连续用药有较高治愈率,且不易复发。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of selfmade modified BaWei YaXianDan in the treatment for toothache. Methods： Ninety-three patients were randomly chosen as the treatment group and given BaWei YoXianDan according to the locations. Fifty patients who accepted routine treatment were taken as the control group, to compare clinical effects between both groups. Results： After medicating for six to nine doses in the treatment group, 91 patients cured （cure rate 97.9%）, total effective rate 100%, the treatment group was superior to the control group obviously in comprehensive effects （P〈0.05）. After the medication, average acting time of stopping the pain was （1.79± 0.61）h, average effective time of stopping the pain was （19.04± 1.22）h, shorter than the control group in the acting time, longer than the control group in effective time of stopping pain （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Selfinade modified BaWei YaXianDan could rapidly take effects and effectively stop the pain according to different locations of toothache, consecutive medication could obtain higher cure rate and toothache wouldn＇t relapse easily.
