手术加外照射放疗治疗进展期甲状腺岛状癌一例
摘要
甲状腺岛状癌即为甲状腺低分化癌，其形态学、生物学行为和临床表现介于高分化甲状腺癌和未分化癌之间，和高分化甲状腺癌相比，预后较差。甲状腺岛状癌报道较少，本文报道一例进展期甲状腺岛状癌的治疗过程，并结合文献复习介绍其临床特点和治疗方法。
