甲状腺癌靶向治疗药物不良反应及处理 被引量：2

摘要 甲状腺癌发病率在过去的20年中已悄然升至女性恶性肿瘤发病率的前3位，目前对局部晚期及发生远处转移的甲状腺癌，仍没有令人满意的治疗方法。随着肿瘤分子靶向治疗方法的逐渐应用，部分针对晚期甲状腺癌的靶向治疗药物，开始在临床应用。所谓肿瘤分子靶向治疗是指利用肿瘤组织或细胞所具有的特异性（或相对特异的）结构分子作为靶点，应用某些能与这些靶分子特异结合的抗体、
