摘要 目的:探讨特发性矮小对不同年龄阶段的儿童心理行为有无影响。方法:采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL),对研究对象一次性进行心理行为评估,根据年龄分4~5岁组、6~11岁组、12--16岁组,并将各组的评估结果和全国常模进行比较。结果:4~5岁组和6~11岁组与常模比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),12~16岁组和常模比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:随着年龄的增长ISS对儿童心理的影响将会越来越明显,为从心理上进行适时的干预提供理论依据。 Objective: To investigate the effect of idiopathic short stature on the psychological behavior of children in different age stages.Method: Using Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), the psychological behavior of the objects of the study were assessed one time.They were divided into the age 4-5 group, age 6-11 group and age 12-16 group according to the age, then the results of the assessment in different groups with the national norm were compared.Result: There were no statistically significant differences in the results of the assessment of age 4-5 group and age 6-11 group with the national norm ( P〉0.05 ) .There was statistically significant difference between the age 12-16 group and the national norm ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: The influence 0f psychological behavior on children with ISS is more and more obvious with the increase of age.This can provide theoretical basis for timely intervene in psychology.
