汕尾地区溃疡结肠炎结合中药散剂保留灌肠疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of the Retention Enema Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine Power for Ulcerative Colitis in Shanwei Area

目的:探讨中药散剂保留灌肠治疗汕尾地区溃疡结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年10月-2014年10月汕尾地区溃疡结肠炎患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用低分子肝素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,结合中药散剂保留灌肠进行治疗,观察比较两组治疗的临床疗效、中医证候积分治疗前后变化情况及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后中医证候积分明显低于治疗前及对照组,治疗期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,以上各项比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药散剂保留灌肠治疗汕尾地区溃疡结肠炎的疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,并且不良反应少,具有较高的治疗安全性。

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of retention enema treatment with traditional Chinese medicine power for ulcerative colitis in Shanwei area.Method： 84 patients with ulcerative colitis in Shanwei area from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin and the observation group was given the treatment of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine power on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, the changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment and the adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups ~＇ere observed and compared. Result： The total efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were obviously lower than before treatment and the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences above were all statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The treatment of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine power has a significant efficacy on ulcerative colitis in Shanwei area.lt can improve the clinical symptoms and cause less adverse reactions, the therapeutic efficacy of it is high.
