磺草酮的清洁生产技术

摘要 [目的]改进高效安全除草剂磺草酮的生产工艺,实现清洁生产。[方法]以双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯替代氯化亚砜;以一种酯类溶剂替代氯代烃等复杂溶剂;单一溶剂一锅法合成。[结果]原料、溶剂、合成方法和副产物安全性提高、环境影响减小,消除二氧化硫排放,简化操作,磺草酮总收率达到85%以上。[结论]该方法反应条件温和、操作安全、环境风险小,可作为绿色清洁生产技术开发应用。
