摘要 大肠杆菌O157:H7是一种典型的致病菌,严重感染后会引发败血症、肾功能衰竭等危及生命的并发症,对其进行检测,在食品安全、医疗卫生、环境保护等方面,都具有十分重要的意义。分析和评述了近年来采用免疫传感手段对大肠杆菌O157:H7检测的报道研究,技术主要分为阻抗式、压电式、表面等离子体共振式、酶标式、荧光标记式、电导式、电致发光式,最后对其研究走向和应用前景进行了展望。 Eseheriehia eoli O157:H7 is a kind of typical pathogenic bacteria. Life-threatening eotnplications inc.luding hematnsel,sis, renal failure will be leaded 'after severe infection. The detection of Escheriehia colt O157:H7 have a very important significance in the food safety, tnedical and heahh, environmental proteclion and other aspects. This paper analyzed and reviewed recent reported research tbr detection of Eseherit'hia colt O157:H7 by immune-sensing means, lmnmne-lechnologies mainly divided into impedance type, piezoelectric transducer type, surface plasmon resonance type, enzyme label type, fluorescent marker type, conductnmetric type, electrochemiumineseence type. Finally, the research study direction and application prospect are looked into the distance.
