与时俱进 联系实际——在新形势下开展维修电工职业技能培训、鉴定工作的探讨

随着我国经济发展到新的阶段,产业结构升级的压力逐渐加大。未来一段时间,我们国家的制造业要从原有的低附加值的劳动密集型的生产方式升级到高附加值的高技术层次的高端制造业,这就需要大量的高端技术人才。现阶段,大量在生产一线的农民工因为一些特殊原因,并未接受过系统的专业的职业培训,无法满足企业日益提升的用人需求。因此,结合现阶段维修电工职业技能培训、鉴定工作的现实情况,对维修电工培训项目开展的现状和意义进行分析,并针对高职院校在维修电工培训项目中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
