核反应堆堆内构件吊具设计

核反应堆堆内构件的吊装由于环境辐照剂量大、精度要求高等原因导致工作难度较大,本文根据某型核反应堆堆内构件的结构特点设计一套专用的吊具,给出了结构简介,对其关键零件进行了强度核算,并提出了调试、安装和使用工艺等要求。

Nuclear reactor internals lifting is difficult because of strong radiation anti high accuracy. This paper gives a designing scheme of lifting device for the nuclear reactor internals. The structure, strength checking, adjustment and installation of the lifting device is also provided.
