目的对油田公司常见的职业病危害因素进行分析和讨论,总结出相应的防护措施。方法选取西北油田分公司,对公司内员工的职业病情况进行收集和调查,对致病原因做统计和分析,总结一定的职业病防范措施。结果西北油田分公司中员工职业病种主要包括皮肤病、尘肺、放射性疾病、生物因素所致职业病、中毒、耳鼻喉口腔疾病、以及其他职业病。大部分职业病是由于工作中职员吸入生产性粉尘和毒物、生产过程中的放射感染、生产环境差等原因所导致的。结论油田公司应对职业病防范格外重视。公司应在油田日常工作中,健全职业病的防治责任制,加强实施管理过程,为员工进行档案建立并督促员工定期体检,做好职业病的预防工作,对已患病的职工应积极帮助其治疗,帮助其恢复健康。

Objective To analyze and discuss common occupational disease risk factors of oil field company,summarize the corresponding protective.Methods Select the northwest oilfield company,collect and investigate the occupational disease,and summarize some occupational diseases.Results In northwest oilfield company such as skin diseases,pneumoconiosis,radiation sickness,biological factors,poisoning,oral diseases,and other occupational diseases.Conclusion The oil field company should pay more attention to the occupational disease prevention. The company should strengthen the management process,strengthen the implementation of the management process,establish and supervise the staff regular physical examination,and help them to recover health.
