摘要
目的分析分次经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术加化疗治疗高危晚期膀胱癌的临床疗效。方法随机抽取高危晚期膀胱癌患者21例,采取分次经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术加化疗治疗。结果 21例患者近期疗效总有效率57.1%,1例患者术后7个月因合并症死亡,术后排尿困难、尿失禁、血尿等症状改善明显,未发生严重并发症,其余患者至今存活。结论分次经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术加化疗治疗高危晚期膀胱癌效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor and chemotherapy in the treatment of high risk patients with advanced bladder cancer.Methods 21 patients with advanced bladder cancer were randomly selected and treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor.ResultsThe total effective rate was 57.1% in 21 patients,and 1 patients died after surgery for 7 months. The symptoms improved obviously, such as difficulty of urination,incontinence of urine,hematuria and so on.Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor with transurethral resection of bladder tumor in high risk patients with advanced bladder cancer.
