颅脑损伤治疗中双侧去骨板减压术的价值分析

The Value Analysis of Bilateral Decompression in the Treatment of Brain Injury

目的探讨双侧去骨板减压术治疗颅脑损伤的临床价值。方法将98例颅脑损伤患者随机分为2组,对照组48例采取传统减压术治疗,研究组50例采取双侧去骨板减压术治疗,对比临床效果。结果研究组治疗后格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分、格拉斯哥预后(GOS)评分均优于对照组,并发症发生率则低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双侧去骨板减压术治疗颅脑损伤效果明显,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the treatment brain injury with bilateral decompression.Methods A total of 98 brain injury patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group of 48 cases to take the traditional decompression treatment,the study group of 50 cases to take bilateral to the bone plate decompression for treatment,compared the clinical effect.ResultsAfter the treatment group,glasgow coma scale（GCS） score,glasgow outcome scale（GOS）scores were significantly better than the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the treatment of traumatic brain injury is obvious,the safety is high.
