外伤性脾破裂患者的手术治疗

Surgical Treatment of Patients With Traumatic Spleen Rupture

目的：探讨外伤性脾破裂患者的手术治疗。方法收集我院2013年12月～2014年12月收治的外伤脾破裂患者32例，对患者进行手术治疗。结果经我院的手术治疗后，32例患者均康复出院，无并发症发生。结论脾破裂外科治疗的预后取决于基础性疾病、病情的严重程度、正确的治疗和手术成功与否，恢复期根据病情可以从事轻微的体力活动，所以积极治疗才能提高患者的生命质量。

Objective To study the surgical treatment of patients with traumatic spleen rupture.Methods Colected 32 cases of patients with traumatic spleen rupture from December 2013 to December 2014,surgery on the patients.Results Our hospital after surgery,32 cases were recovered from patients, without complications.Conclusion The prognosis of splenic rupture surgery basic diseases,often depends on the severity of the ilness,the correct treatment and operation was a success,recovery,according to the ilness can be engaged in mild physical activity,so active treatment can improve the life quality of patients.
