鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效观察

Curative Efficacy of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery for Noninvasive Fungal Maxillary Sinusitis

目的：观察采用鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的临床疗效。方法对我院2011年5月～2013年5月收治的59例非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎患者采用鼻内镜下上颌窦开放术，必要时联合下鼻道开窗术治疗，术后定期随访。结果经过6个月～2年随访，治愈患者40例，好转17例，复发2例。结论采用鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎，具有组织创伤小，患者痛苦轻，恢复快等优势，临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for noninvasive fungal maxilary sinusitis.Methods In our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 in 59 cases of non-invasive fungal maxilary sinusitis were treated by nasal endoscopic maxilary sinus operation,necessary for the treatment of nasal passages open the window,under the joint postoperative folow-up on a regular basis.Results After 6 months to 2 years folow-up,40 patients with cure,improvement in 17 cases,2 cases of recurrence. ConclusionThe nasal endoscopic surgery for noninvasive fungal maxilary sinusitis,with less trauma,the patient pain is light,fast recovery of clinical curative effect is distinct.
