白内障囊外摘除术毕前房注气的临床应用

Clinical Application of Anterior Chamber Gas Injection After Cataract Extracapsular Extraction

目的：分析白内障囊外摘除术毕前房注气的临床应用。方法选取我院2014年1月～2015年2月收治的90例白内障患者，随机分为对照组和观察组两组，对照组患者术毕给予前房注入平衡盐溶液，观察组患者术毕给予前房注气，比较两组术后角膜内皮细胞密度、前房深度、眼压等情况，并加以分析。结果对照组患者经治疗后的角膜内皮细胞密度为（2135.29±135.66）mm2，前房深度为（3.40±0.30）mm，眼压为（13.01±2.80）mm Hg；观察组患者经治疗后的角膜内皮细胞密度为（2154.92±176.89）mm2，前房深度为（3.97±0.29）mm，眼压为（15.60±2.01）mm Hg；且两组各项指标比较存在统计学意义P＜0.05。结论白内障囊外摘除术毕给予前房注气措施，有利于形成前房，并减小手术对角膜内皮细胞的损伤，其临床疗效更佳。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of anterior chamber gas injection in cataract extracapsular extraction finished.Methods Selected from January 2014 to February 2014 treated 90 cases of cataract patients,randomly divided into control group and observation group two groups,control group patients were injected balanced salt solution in the anterior chamber,the observation group of patients were injected the gas injection to anterior chamber,and we compared two groups of postoperative corneal endothelial cell density,anterior chamber depth,intraocular pressure,etc.ResultsThe control group after treatment of patients with corneal endothelial cell density of squared（2 135.29±135.66）mm,anterior chamber depth（3.40±0.30）mm,intraocular pressure（13.01±2.80）mm Hg,observation group of patients after treatment of corneal endothelial cell density of squared（2 154.92±176.89）mm,anterior chamber depth（3.97±0.29） mm,intraocular pressure（15.60±2.01）mm Hg. And two groups of indicators to compareP〈 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Cataract extracapsular extraction bi give anterior chamber,gas injection is beneficial to form anterior chamber, and reduce the surgery of corneal endothelial cell injury,the clinical curative effect is bette.
