摘要
目的研究降钙素对兔骨关节炎软骨基质金属蛋白酶1、3、13的影响。方法 60只日本大白兔被随机分为对照组(ACLT)、降钙素(CT)干预组,各30只。结果 CT组MMP-1、3、13的含量低于ACLT组(P<0.01)。结论降钙素对MMP-1、3、13的分泌有着一定的抑制作用,进而对骨关节炎进程有着相应的干预,使得骨关节炎的进展得以缓解和延缓。
Objective To study the effect of calcitonin on the matrix metaloproteinase 1,3 and 13 in rabbit osteoarthrit is.MethodsSixty Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into control group(ACLT)and CTintervention group,each of which was divided into 30 groups.Results MMP-1,3 and 13 inCT group were much lower than that in ACLT group(P〈 0.01). Conclusion Calcitonin can inhibit the process of MMP-1,3 and -13 in the process of bone arthritis,and delay the development of osteoarthritis.
