摘要
目的分析氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将87例患者分为两组,治疗组45例在对照组42例常规治疗基础上联合氯吡格雷治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率97.8%较对照组78.6%高,心电图改善总有效率93.3%较对照组71.4%高,心绞痛发作次数、持续时间较对照组短,P<0.05;治疗期间无不良反应发生。结论氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina.Methods Eighty-seven patients were divided into two groups,45 patients in study group were given conventional treatment combined with clopidogrel and 42 patients in control group were given conventional treatment. Results The total efficiency in the treatment group（97.8%）was higher than the control group（78.6%）,ECG total effective rate（93.3%）was higher than the control group（71.4%）,angina attacks,shorter duration than the control group,P〈 0.05,no adverse reactions during treatment occur.Conclusion The treatment of unstable angina clopidogrel effect is remarkable.
