西咪替丁联合炎琥宁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效观察

Clinical Analysis of Cimetidine and Yanhu Ning for Children Rotavirus Virus Enteritis

目的：探讨西咪替丁联合炎琥宁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法选取2012年6月～2015年6月我院收治轮状病毒性肠炎患儿130例，按照随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组患儿给予合理饮食，采用炎琥宁注射液进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用西咪替丁治疗，经治疗后，分别进行对比分析两组临床治疗效果。结果经治疗后，治疗组的治疗总有效率为87.7%，优于对照组的69.2%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在两组患儿止泻时间、脱水纠正时间、治愈时间及总疗程上相比较，治疗组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论西咪替丁联合炎琥宁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎有很好的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of cimetidine and yanhuning treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods From June 2012 to June 2015,130 cases rotavirus enteritis in our hospital,according to a random number table were divided into a control group and observation group（65 cases）. Children in the control group given a reasonable diet,use yanhuning injection treatment,observation group on the basis of the control group with cimetidine treatment,after treatment,the two groups were analyzed clinical outcomes. ResultsAfter treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 87.7%,significantly better than the 69.2% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. In both groups of children with diarrhea,correcting dehydrate time,healing time and the total duration of treatment were compared to the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Cimetidine and yanhuning treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis have a good effect.
